We are the proud stewards of the Riverside Motel, a property with a rich history dating back to the days when Moses Staples built a salt water farm along a tidal river. Our 3.5-acre property offers a uniquely peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that our guests have cherished for generations. We are committed to continuing the tradition of excellent service and hospitality that defines our location. In 2019, we began a transformation into The Auberge on the Cove, updating our design and furnishings to align with our sister property, The Marginal Way House. Our goal is to provide an environment where serenity surpasses what one might find in most full-service spas. We achieve this by limiting our occupancy to fewer than 85 guests, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience.
