Jersey Cape Motel

We are the Ewing family, stewards of the Jersey Cape Motel with deep roots in Southern Cape May County spanning thirteen generations. Our family has operated this lodging property since 1931, when Richard and Bessie Ewing first opened eight summer cottages for vacationers. We remain the sole owners and operators of the motel, ensuring consistent, personal care for every guest who stays with us. All 29 of our guest rooms are located on the first floor, are entirely non-smoking, and are maintained to rigorous cleanliness standards. We provide free high-speed WiFi for all guests, plus ample on-site parking to accommodate extra vehicles and travel trailers. Our large heated outdoor pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September for guest enjoyment. We prioritize guest comfort by equipping every room with air conditioning, heating, and a refrigerator for convenience.

Our property is situated just off Route 109 at the South Jersey Shore, within easy reach of Cape May beaches, local marinas, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. We welcome guests traveling for a wide range of purposes, including relaxation, fishing trips, golf outings, birding excursions, business travel, and ferry trips to Delaware. We maintain a quiet, friendly atmosphere at all times to ensure every guest feels at home during their stay. Our front office is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from mid-April through the end of October to assist guests with any needs.
