Our 69 condominium units range from studio rooms to two-bedroom layouts, all featuring full kitchens, private balconies, and uninterrupted Lake Minocqua views. Each unit sleeps 2-6 guests with modern amenities including free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and LED fireplaces. The Pointe maintains high standards through annual improvements while preserving its lakeside charm since 1988.
Indoor Swimming Pool
The recreation center features an indoor pool, whirlpool, and cedar sauna open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. Adjacent fitness center includes ellipticals, treadmills, and weight machines. All facilities connect via indoor hallways for guest convenience regardless of weather conditions.
Boat Dock Rentals
220-foot main dock with 15 slips available for daily/weekly reservations. Accommodates boats up to 24 feet with 9-foot beam. Complimentary canoe/kayak rentals available June-October. Located on 800 feet of Lake Minocqua frontage with fishing opportunities from our pier.
Meeting Event Spaces
Three Northwoods-themed event rooms combine into 3,008 sq ft space for weddings, conferences, and family gatherings. Top of the Pointe offers 65-foot lake view windows for 75-100 guests. Includes AV equipment, food service, and room blocks for 10-150 participants.
