A recent guest, Pete Janzen, shared his photos of some migratory birds passing through our area in September this year. These are Scaled Quail, Curve-billed Thrasher and Cassin's Vireo. Lori Lennen recently completed construction of two log cabins as part of her Trail City Bed and Breakfast in Coolidge. The cabins are a relaxing overnight stop for westward travelers in this town of nearly 100 on the Colorado border.
We're glad you stopped by. Our goal is to provide you a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. We're proud of our town, historic sites, history and attractions which all add up to make Coolidge Kansas a great vacation destination. Whether your visit is for business or relaxation you will find our rooms and amenities just what you need for a peaceful nights rest.
We can help you identify local attractions to showoff the area and provide you a full Coolidge visit. In 1983, a puke green and wood-paneled station wagon pulls into Coolidge, Kansas, and there on a farm lives Cousin Eddie.

About our B & B
Report
The Trail City Bed and Breakfast is actually a renovated saloon that was built circa 1885 in Trail City, Colorado.
The building was moved across the border to Coolidge, Kansas (its present location) in approximately 1887.
In 2011 Proprietors Larue Lennen and Lori Lennen purchased and renovated the historic building to provide a luxurious western living experience for their guests.
Check it out!
Can you smell the dust that thousands of cattle stirred up?
Do you hear the rinky dink piano music pouring out of every saloon door?

Trail City Bed & Breakfast has 3 mountain bikes available for guests to use* including helmets.
The bikes are great for riding across the sand hills.
We have a 6 mile loop that is a fantastic workout.
It loops along River Road, so quite beautiful because you can see wildlife.
We actually go by the Cottonwood Flats Wildlife Preserve.
Some rides are for beginners but we also have routes for the heartier, more advanced riders.
