Janice was working front desk & I have to say she was the best concierge we have ever experienced out of all 20 years of staying at different hotels. She was kind to my 6 year old daughter & just as kind to me. We couldn't thank her enough for making our stay here feel welcome & safe. Chris and her team at Pagoda Waikiki have been simply amazing. Apart from the great service, the rooms and location were perfect and really made us feel at home.
Pagoda Waikiki is about 1/2 block from the Ocean, around the corner from a huge shopping center, and right across the street from a 7-11 and an ABC store.
