Our 10th-floor rooms, banquet facilities, and Cardinal Cafe generate revenue to sustain our programs, including emergency shelter, child development services, and partnerships with local healthcare providers. Guests enjoy modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and parking, while contributing to a cause that transforms lives. Our facility serves as a contingency shelter during extreme weather, reinforcing our commitment to community resilience.

With 450 beds for emergency housing and specialized floors for veterans, recovery programs, and hospital hospitality, we bridge hospitality and social impact. Our team, many of whom are program participants, delivers personalized service rooted in dignity and respect. From corporate events in our Grand Ballroom to affordable stays, every interaction supports our mission to rebuild lives. We collaborate with organizations like Phoenix Healthcare and the University of Louisville to provide comprehensive care, ensuring our guests and residents receive holistic support.
