Swan Meadow Cottages

Swan Meadow Cottages was founded in 2005 with a vision to create a sanctuary where visitors can escape the pressures of modern life. Our 40-acre property in Greeley, Colorado, combines vintage charm with modern comforts, offering guests a unique blend of rural tranquility and contemporary convenience. The Johnson family, as innkeepers, have dedicated themselves to restoring this historic farmland into a haven for relaxation, celebration, and connection with nature. We specialize in providing immersive experiences through our private cottages, farm activities, and event hosting capabilities. Our property features mature cottonwood trees, a running stream, and diverse wildlife including swans, peacocks, and goats.

We host weddings, retreats, and special occasions while maintaining a commitment to preserving the land's natural beauty. Our guests consistently praise the peaceful atmosphere and memorable experiences created here. With over 15 years of operation, we continue to refine our offerings to ensure every visitor finds renewal and rejuvenation. Our team combines hospitality expertise with agricultural knowledge to deliver authentic country experiences. We maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service while preserving the property's historic character. Our location near Northern Colorado attractions makes us an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.
