The Loft and Great Room in our contemporary home will provide the perfect setting for your "just friends" over night or day retreat. The Rose Room, featuring a queen size bed, private bath, and it's own covered porch offers a very quiet retreat for a party of one or two. On arrival we will greet you, provide a brief tour of our home and show you where to "settle in".
From there you are free to roam about as you wish. Relaxing with a good book, bird watching or tending the garden are favored daytime activities at the farm. And there are many "off farm" excursions in our area, such as visiting antique shops, taking in a country auction, golf outings, festivals and two State Parks with hiking trails and large lakes (visit our area attractions page).
Woodhaven Farm Bed and Breakfast is tucked away on a privately-owned 40-acre farm in Southwest Ohio, just a 1 hour drive from Dayton, Cincinnati or Columbus. State highways and a paved county road lead to our farm. We are about 23 miles south of I71.

The Rose Room is located on the main floor of our country home featuring a queen-sized bed, private bath with step-in shower, walk-in closet, comfy recliner as well as a comfortable rocking chair.
The Rose Room also has it's own outside entry door, private covered porch and driveway.
On occasion, other guest may be in our home when the Rose Room is occupied.
This most likely would only happen during holidays or special event days.
This would not affect the listed amenities and privacy of the Rose Room.

Our dorm-style loft features 4 antique beds with comfy pillow-topped mattresses, two large sofas and several rocking chairs.
A large wet/snack bar and half bath in addition to the first floor common areas make this the ideal setting for your next "just friends" retreat.
The galley kitchen is a self-serve area where overnight guests can help themselves to coffee, tea and other refreshments, including complimentary light lunch fare for your mid-day meal for guests staying 2 or more nights.

Your group will feel right at home at Woodhaven Farm.
Over the years, Woodhaven Farm has played host to many small goups, such as quilters, scrapers, storytellers, birthday parties, class reunions, luncheons, showers and office holiday gatherings.
We could welcome your group as early as 8:00 am on a prearranged day with end of day departure expected between 5pm and 6pm.
Or perhaps your group would like to reserve only a partial day which might include a catered lunch.
Your group will feel right at home at Woodhaven Farm.
