Your Mountain Retreat in Utah's Uinta Mountains
Mountain Home Lodge has been a cornerstone of hospitality in the Uinta Basin since our ownership transition in December 2019. As lifelong residents of this region, we understand the unique appeal of our location at the gateway to the High Uinta Mountains. Our lodge combines historic charm with modern amenities, offering comfortable accommodations and versatile event spaces that cater to outdoor enthusiasts, families, and groups. Originally established as a church building in 1952, our property has evolved through multiple iterations while maintaining its role as a community hub. We take pride in operating this historic venue alongside our sister property, Moon Lake Resort, creating synergies that enhance guest experiences across both locations.

Our eight guest rooms feature modern conveniences including kitchenettes, while our expansive outdoor spaces provide ideal settings for relaxation and gatherings. We actively preserve the area's rich heritage while offering contemporary comforts, making us the perfect base for exploring Utah's natural wonders. Our commitment to personalized service ensures every guest feels welcomed and well-supported during their stay. We maintain strong connections to local outdoor recreation opportunities and treasure hunting traditions, reflecting our deep roots in this special mountain community.
