Oceanfront Rooms
Our oceanfront rooms offer direct beach access with modern amenities including climate control, private bathrooms, and designated parking. Each room provides comfortable bedding for 2-4 guests with optional kitchenettes for extended stays. Located just steps from the sand, these rooms combine convenience with coastal views.
Beachfront Cottages
Spacious cottages sleep 6-12 guests with multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, and private bathrooms. Features include seasonal gas grills, washer/dryer units, and parking for 3 vehicles. Each cottage offers wraparound decks with ocean views and access to shared pool facilities during summer months.
Winter Rentals
Fully-furnished winter rentals include private rooms, studios, and four-bedroom cottages with all utilities covered. Amenities feature high-speed internet, cable TV, heating, and snow removal services. Leases available from Labor Day through April 30 for students and seasonal residents.
Heated Outdoor Pool
Our seasonal outdoor pool operates mid-May to mid-September with extended hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. The heated pool features lounge chairs, towel service, and adjacent changing facilities. Open exclusively to registered guests during summer months.
Assigned Parking
Complimentary assigned parking included with all reservations. Each accommodation receives designated parking spaces with winter plowing services. Studios receive 1 space, cottages receive 3 spaces with additional overflow parking available seasonally.
