We require 24-hour notice for cancellations during regular periods, with 72-hour notice needed during holidays and special events. No-shows will be charged the full room rate plus taxes.

While we don't provide direct airport transfers, our front desk staff can assist with arranging local taxi services or ride-sharing options to and from Pensacola International Airport.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
We maintain a strict pet-free policy to accommodate all guests. Violating this policy will result in a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee per night.
