Questions
What cancellation policies apply to my reservation?
We require 7-day notice for cancellations except during July, August, October, and holidays which require 14 days. Prepaid rates are non-refundable.
Are there ADA-compliant accommodations available?
Yes, our L'Atelier room is fully ADA-compliant with roll-in shower, grab bars, and wide doorways. We guarantee accessible rooms remain available until all other rooms are booked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments for reservations. Cash payments receive 5% discounts when booked directly through our website with a valid credit card on file.
