All rates are based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast buffet, a beer or glass of wine during our Evening Social, wireless internet access, local and domestic long distance phone calls and limited onsite and garage parking.
Additional free street parking is available overnight as well as all day on weekends.
All of our guest rooms sleep a maximum of 2 guests in either 1 queen or 2 twin beds.
Please notify us if expecting to arrive any later than 9 pm, as we do not have a 24 hour desk.

Coming from either north or south bound I-275, take the exit for I-375 (Exit #23 Sundial).
Both rideshare services operate in the Tampa Bay area.
Fares to and from Tampa Airport depend on demand, but you can calculate with approximately $35 each way.
The Central Avenue Trolley will take you from our Downtown area out to the Gulf Beaches, where you can then connect to the Suncoast Beach Trolley all the way up to Clearwater Beach.
A one day unlimited rides pass costs $5.00.
