What are the minimum stay requirements?
We require 5-night minimum stays year-round, with 7-night minimums during peak season (December 10-May 30).
What amenities are included with my stay?
All guests receive pool access, beach equipment, BBQ facilities, and complimentary local calls. Units include kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves.
How close are the beaches?
Our property sits 5 minutes from Kihei's white sand beaches and 10 minutes from Wailea's snorkeling locations with easy driving access.
Are taxes included in the pricing?
Rates exclude 4.712% General Excise tax and 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax, which apply to all stays.
